We will use this information, in conjunction with our panel of Insurance Brokers. Your data will be shared with a limited number of brokers on our panel in order to provide you with competitive quotes from our FCA authorised partners or one of their designated data processors.

Each party that receives your data will process It in their capacity of a data controller and in accordance with their own Privacy Notice, details of which will be available from them.

We may also share your information with selected third parties including:

  • Policy Link, for the purposes of them contacting you in approximately twelve months time to discuss your possible renewal requirements.
  • Analytics and search engine providers that assist us in the improvement and optimisation of our site this will be in the form of anonymised data.

Where we store your personal data

We used UK based data centres for our Cloud storage. However, in rare circumstances, the data that we collect from you may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”). It may also be processed by staff operating outside the EEA who work for us or for one of our suppliers. Such staff maybe engaged in, among other things, the fulfilment of your order, the processing of your payment details and the provision of support services. We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy.

All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers. Any payment transactions will be encrypted using SSL technology.
